To troubleshoot and make sure hidden content is available to a specific membership plan, follow these steps.

Step 1
In the Memberstack dashboard, go to the Memberships page.

Step 2
Click on a specific Membership plan.

Step 3
Double-check to ensure that the correct content pages, folders or specific links are unlocked for that membership plan.

A green icon means that the content will be accessible by this membership.

A red icon means that the content will not be accessible by this membership.

Step 4
Repeat Steps 1 — 3 for each membership plan you have.
